Before scheduling a visit to the property(ies) of your choice, we will ask you for the following documents to continue with your pre-approval process.
1. Employment contract and/or company registration
2. Confirmation of three months’ income.
3. Copy of your ID card or passport.
4. Current residential address.
If needed, we may ask for references from previous landlords. All documents requested will only be used for screening and verification purposes.

After you submit your documents and approve screening, our operational manager, Agnieszka Lorczyk, will schedule appointments for you to view the properties and answer any questions you have about the rental process and contract.
