Receive Bonus: You'll receive your bonus after the lease is signed and closed. Bonuses are €90 for room rental, €150 for apartment rental, and €300 for house rental. After three weeks, payments are made via bank transfer.
Conditions apply: The referral must be new to Housing Condito, have a property ready to rent, and meet legal requirements. There's no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Once the lease is officially signed, a complimentary three-week period will begin to ensure that your referral tenant is properly settled in their new rental. After this period, you will receive the following benefits based on the type of agreement:
✅ €90 for a room rental
✅ €150 for an apartment rental
✅ €300 for a house rental
We will transfer the amount to your bank account via a deposit transfer.
We consider a qualified tenant referral to be any tenant who has not previously signed up with Housing Condito, is actively looking for a rental property, and meets the necessary requirements to rent a rpoerty in the Netherlands and sign a lease.
Your reward credit will be transferred to your account from our billing department. It will be automatically applied once your referral has become an active Housing Condito client. This process may take up to 3 weeks after we sign the contract.
No! You can refer as many friends as you’d like at one time. Your referral offer will be applied for each new client you send our way.
