What you will do:
Prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends.
Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
Ensure that properties are well-presented and marketed through various channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing property listings.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends.
Connect with CTTI database customers to pique their interest in Housing Condito Services.
Utilize calls, emails, and various communication methods to convert leads into valuable customers.
Schedule virtual demonstration appointments with business owners and potential licensees.
Exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Sales Director and Team leaders.
Assist with miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team.
