We offer a payment of €500 for each property unit that we manage through our Full-Service Property Management. This is a one-time fee, and ongoing management is provided for a minimum of one year.
For example, if you refer a landlord with 5 units and we manage all of them, you will earn €2,500. If we are only able to manage 2 out of the 5 units, you will receive €1,000.
We consider a qualified customer to be any customer who has not previously signed up for Housing Condito, has at least one property ready to rent or sell, and is in order with legal disclosures to rent or sell their property.
Your reward credit will be transferred to your account from our billing department. It will be automatically applied once your referral has become an active Housing Condito client. This process may take up to 3 weeks after we sign the contract.
No! You can refer as many friends as you’d like at one time. Your referral offer will be applied for each new client you send our way.
